Video Inspection

Treat slow-draining pipes to prevent worse problems

What a great innovation! Where in the past, we were flying blind, we are now able to do a visual inspection of sewer lines without digging.

It is unbelievable how many home owners suffer the misery of a sewer back up which could have been prevented by inspection.

One of the most common causes is tree roots, and if you have mature trees on your front lawn, you are more than likely to eventually become a victim.

Paying for a visual inspection is much cheaper than having your yard dug up when you don't really know where to start. With the camera, not only can we see the problem, but also give an accurate description of where the problem is so we know where to dig.

You might also find that part of your line has collapsed under the pressure of backfilling thus creating a belly in the line and causing a blockage.

We have the technology to prevent these disasters.  Why not use it?  In the long run it could save you and your insurance company a fortune in repairs.

At Absolute, we believe preventative maintenance is the best plan. Use our sewer video inspection service to your advantage!

If you find out about the problem too late and there needs to be a pipe replacement, we may be able to save you time and money by using our Perma-Lateral Lining System.

Video Camera Inspectios pinpoint problems like these:

  • Broken, cracked or collapsed pipe - damaged pipes requiring repair or replacement.
  • Offset pipe - grease build up or a foreign object is restricting or prohibiting proper flow and/or cleaning of the line.
  • Corrosion - the pipe has deteriorated and/or broken, causing sections to collapse and restrict water flow.
  • Bellied pipe - a section of the pipe has sunk due to ground or soil conditions, creating a valley that collects paper and waste.
  • Leaking Joints - the seals between pipes have broken, allowing water to escape into the area surrounding the pipe.
  • Root Infiltration - tree or shrub roots have invaded the sewer line, restricting water flow or causing a stoppage.
  • Off-grade pipe - existing pipes are constructed of substandard or outdated material that may have deteriorated or corroded.

Video camera inspection is a plumbing technology that takes the guesswork out of hard to see plumbing problems and can save you thousands of dollars!

By using these cameras, we can assess problems without tearing out walls, floors, and cielings by pinpointing the problem.
